Welcome to Let’s Cook, a cooking assistant app that creates personalized recipes based on user preferences. Our app also provides voice-assisted motivation and real-time cooking help through an AI-powered voice assistant. By using Let’s Cook, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the T&C). Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, and no account creation is necessary to use our services.
For the purpose of these T&C, the following terms are defined as follows:
All recipes generated by Let’s Cook and its AI, along with any related content provided within the app, are the intellectual property of Different Apps. Users are permitted to share these recipes with others but must not claim ownership or infringe on Different Apps’s intellectual property rights.
Let’s Cook employs artificial intelligence to generate recipes and provide voice-assisted support. While we strive for accuracy, any damage the User suffers from or in relation to the Content that may be inaccurate or harmful is the sole responsibility of that User; neither Different Apps nor its officers, agents, employees, or successors are liable for such damages. Similarly, Different Apps is not liable for any damages resulting from the responses provided by the Let’s Cook voice assistant. Users should use their judgment when following recipes or advice from the Let’s Cook app.
Users warrant that they will review the ingredients provided by the Let’s Cook app for potential allergens and follow safe cooking practices. Different Apps is not liable for any damage resulting from adverse reactions to food or foodborne illnesses.
Users are encouraged to use Let’s Cook respectfully and responsibly. Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to, any violation of the applicable laws in the User’s country of residence, sharing unlawful material, or engaging in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on Let’s Cook app’s infrastructure. As all content and interactions are AI-generated, Different Apps expects users to understand the experimental nature of AI and its limitations.
Let’s Cook respects your privacy and does not collect personal data from its users. We use Google Analytics to track user activity solely for the purpose of improving our app. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions to Let’s Cook are managed through your Apple ID, offering monthly, yearly, and lifetime options. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Apple account settings. Let’s Cook does not process cancellations directly.
Subscription Details: Let’s Cook offers two tiers of service: a free plan and a Pro subscription. The free plan provides limited access to features and content within the app. The Pro subscription offers unlimited access to all features and exclusive content, enhancing your cooking experience without any limitations. Users can subscribe to the Pro plan on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis, according to their preference.
Automatic Renewal: Pro subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period (monthly or yearly), ensuring uninterrupted access to premium features. The renewal charge will be applied to your Apple ID account. You may manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Please note that the cancellation of a subscription will take effect after the current subscription period expires.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers: In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their Pro subscription within 14 days of the initial subscription agreement. To exercise this right, please contact Apple directly, as subscriptions and refunds are processed by Apple, not Let’s Cook. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Price Changes: In the event of a price change for the Pro subscription, Apple will notify you in advance, and the new price will be charged at your next subscription renewal following the price change. By continuing to use the Pro subscription after the price change takes effect, you accept the new price. If you do not agree with the price change, you have the option to unsubscribe before the renewal takes place.
We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in Let’s Cook app’s settings page. We encourage users to regularly review the T&C to stay informed.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Different Apps and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Let’s Cook, violation of these T&C, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
Either party may terminate the use of Let’s Cook. Different Apps reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these T&C, or any other reason it deems reasonable.
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these T&C will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
Let’s Cook is committed to complying with all applicable EU consumer protection laws and regulations. This includes ensuring that our EU consumers are provided with clear, accurate, and timely information about our subscription services, and that they have the right to withdraw from subscriptions under the conditions stated above. For any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions, EU consumers may access the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission to resolve their disputes out of court.
